Texas Hearing Institute offers a wide range of services and programs that enable children with hearing loss to gain listening, speaking, and literacy skills to communicate verbally with their families and the community.
SUCCESS STORIES
Logan was diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition, and spent four months in the NICU before undergoing five surgeries. After Logan was fitted with bilateral hearing aids at the Texas Hearing Institute, she experienced a special moment that changed her and her family's journey forever.

Elizabeth was recommended to Texas Hearing Institute through Early Childhood Intervention (ECI). She was fitted with hearing aids and learned how to improve her communication skills. After attending a few Buddies at Texas Hearing events, Elizabeth found opportunities to connect with her peers, helping to inspire her to always chase her dreams.

Nia was diagnosed with severe to profound hearing loss at the age of 2 and received specialized instruction at the Melinda Webb School at Texas Hearing Institute, where she was fitted with hearing aids and learned to build her communication skills. Now an accomplished college student, Nia credits Texas Hearing Institute for her success.
